    We also work closely with Heli Me Helicopter charter service with the Heliport right on our doorstep. Arriving or leaving your event in style is easy.

  • Mechanics Bay is a premium waterfront venue space available for hire. Viewings are available 7 days a week by appointment however dropping in is fine also. We have a list of recommended suppliers including an event management option who we love to work with! however you are welcome to provide your own or DIY. We really try to make it easy and accessible with amazing rates and flexibility. Designing & creating your own spectacular memory is the fun part and we have everything you need to make it happen.

  • Our standard hire period is 24 hours, starting at 8am of the day of hire. Keys can be collected from the Helicopter Me office on the ground floor to gain access. We will provide flexibility for supplier Bump in & out depending on scheduled events. To secure your date a 50% deposit is required with full payment 2 weeks prior to your event.

  • We have 45 carparks for our clients to use day & night. Providing inner city convenience at no cost. Food truck friendly. Drive up access to Goods entrance with reserved vendor allocated parking.
